Last night was one of the most memorable concert performances I've ever heard. Everything about it. The concept, the eclectic and fascinating choice of repertoire, your inspired conducting and all-around musicianship. There were so many highlights and so many things that impressed me. The intonation, the blend, the precision—without being stiff or too formal. Even in the most difficult and challenging passages you were all obviously having fun. Please convey my congratulations to everyone in your ensemble—you were all brilliant! Bob James, two-time Grammy Award-winning pianist and composer
